TO SHOWTIME EXECS

Dear Sir:

Thank you for your part in bringing Jeremiah back on the air!  I am writing in hopes that you will do what it takes to renew this show's production, including its present actors and writers.

The quality of this show is fantastic; I feel it is well worth the investment your company has made and may make in its future production.  My subscription to Showtime depends on your provision of
quality programming, and this is exactly the sort of show I love to see and support.  High-quality writing with strong actors and an excellent plot arc is all too rare in today's world of television.
Thanks to J. Michael Straczynski, Sean Astin, Luke Perry, and Malcolm-Jamal Warner, this show stands head and shoulders above many genre shows of its kind.

Please give Jeremiah the chance it deserves to build a strong viewership and continue to thrive-- either by contracting more episodes for Showtime's broadcast, or by endorsing the sale of the
franchise to the Sci Fi Channel.  In either case, I believe the show is a valuable commodity for your network.

Thank you again for your time and continued dedication to providing quality entertainment to your subscribers.

Sincerely,

TO SCI-FI CHANNEL EXEC

Dear Sir:

I am writing with regard to the information that the Sci Fi Network may consider acquiring the rights to produce more of the Showtime series Jeremiah.  I strongly encourage you to push for the acquisition of  this series.  In my opinion, the series stands head and shoulders above its rivals in the genre and would be a great asset to your network.

Jeremiah has consistently improved throughout its run, moving from strength to greater strength since its premiere, and consistently scoring well in the ratings, particularly during the second season. The last eight episodes in particular are brilliantly written and acted, and demonstrate the show's excellent future potential, especially if it is retained in its current form.  If Jeremiah appears
on the Sci-Fi channel, I would certainly remain a subscriber to the channel for the duration of its run, and many other science fiction fans of my acquaintance feel the same.

High-quality writing with strong actors and an excellent plot are all too rare in today's world of television, and perhaps Jeremiah has not found its ideal audience niche on Showtime.  The Sci Fi Channel, however, is an ideal place for this genre show, and I am confident it would swiftly build a large viewership.  One need only look at J. Michael Straczynski's prior successes, such as Babylon 5, to know that your target audience would welcome and enthusiastically support more of his work.

I hope you will devote serious concern to acquiring this show, which should prove highly profitable to your network.

Sincerely,

TO SCOTT ROSENBERG/MISC. JEREMIAH CREATORS/ACTORS/INVOLVED PERSONNEL

Dear Sir,

I am writing to express my support for the Jeremiah franchise.  I was thrilled to hear that the missing eight episodes will finally be aired this fall!  Jeremiah is truly a cut above other television programs with its visionary social conscience, superior writing and plot arc, and its fine ensemble of skilled actors.  Thank you for your role in making this show available!

I have very high hopes of seeing the series continue; it would be a great loss to television audiences to be deprived of such a fine and promising example of all that is best about modern serial entertainment.  I will be certain to support this show as it continues, and am prepared to subscribe to any cable or satellite channel that may air it.  I am also very much interested in the
Jeremiah comic and any other Jeremiah-related products or information that may be made available via print, web, or other medium.

Thank you for your devotion and commitment to the excellence of this show and to its continued production!

Yours truly,
